Lecture & Workshop on March 9 Regarding International Women's Day
MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo K.K. (MHD) held an International Women's day event on March 9, 2022, entitled "Increasing Psychological Safety and Becoming an Inclusive Organization and People". MHD is pleased to announce that as part of our ongoing efforts in various sustainability-related initiatives, we have been working on Women Empowerment and Women Leadership activities since 2020 with the aim of understanding the diversity of society and focusing on inclusion. Last year, the Women Empowerment, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE & I), and Inclusive Leaders initiatives included a mentoring program for female employees, workshops for all managers and leadership teams, and a senior Management workshops.
This year's event was held for all employees with two objectives of "recognizing diversity, understanding each other, and fostering an inclusive work environment" and "respecting each person's individuality to lead to the best performance smoothly”.

In the opening message, Mr. Greg Morley, Regional HR Director, Asia Oceania / Global Lead, Diversity and Inclusion, Moët Hennessy, has shared Moët Hennessy’s global goal and some insights.
● inclusive teams are 20% more productive and successful
● Moet Hennessy has a global goal of achieving gender equality of 50% by the end of 2023
● the theme of this year's MH’s International Women's Day is “ally ship” (Ally are people who use their positions of influence and privilege to support people who are not in the same position).
He concluded with the message that MH encourages us to look for better ways to incorporate the views of different people into our team and look for all the opportunities to enhance our talent within our organization.
