TALISKER WILDER SEAS: Talisker’s answer to marine conservation
Talisker, one of MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo’s single malt whisky brands, has collaborated with the nonprofit environmental organization PARLEY FOR THE OCEANS to release a limited edition bottle TALISKER WILDER SEAS on September 22, 2023.
For nearly 200 years, the Talisker distillery has been standing proudly by the sea, embracing the elements in a land of extremes that is the inspiration for the whisky we craft.
We are on a mission to keep the seas wild, allowing marine ecosystems to thrive naturally for future generations to appreciate and enjoy.
In 2020, we partnered with PARLEY FOR THE OCEANS based on our shared passion for the sea and committed to helping them protect and preserve 100 million square meters of wild sea forests.
【Protecting the ocean with the purchase of a bottle】
This Talisker x Parley limited edition helps support projects to protect and preserve sea forests off the coasts of Scotland, South Africa and Chile.
The bottles are made using 100% recycled glass and clean energy fuel, in the shape of a Talisker 10YO bottle.
Finished in French Oak XO Cognac casks as a Talisker first, this new release features notes of smooth plum and stewed raisins that capture the formidable, deep blue force of the sea with newfound depth, followed by rich fruitiness, briny sea-salt and whispers of smoke and spice.
TALISKER WILDER SEAS is the embodiment of our commitment to ocean health. For every bottle made, we will make a £3 donation to Parley to protect the seas.
The Talisker distillery, located on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, has spent many years with the sea, and so have the whiskies we produce. It is our mission to protect the richness of the sea and pass it on to the next generation.

“Dom Pérignon and refined gastronomy have a mutually inspiring and elevating relationship. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chef Natsuko Shoji for the past two years, and I’ve been continually impressed by her deep love for Dom Pérignon, her unique personality, artistic sense, creativity, and above all, her humanity. She also demonstrates a thoughtful approach to passing on her legacy to the next generation through meaningful dialogue with others. I am truly looking forward to continuing our journey together. ”Dom Pérignon and refined gastronomy have a relationship of mutual inspiration and enhancement. “Dom Pérignon is a truly special champagne to me. As it is often called ‘the art of time,’ it is not swayed by fleeting trends, but is crafted with a long-term perspective, maintaining its singular taste to this day. Remarkably, about 1% of the grapes used still come from the vineyards cultivated by Dom Pierre Pérignon himself since 1668, preserving the origin at its core. I see it as a true piece of art that carries his DNA. It is an incredible honor to collaborate with Dom Pérignon.”
