This work will be exhibited at LA COLLEZIONE during ART WEEK TOKYO from November 3rd to 6th, 2022. Hennessy will open a POP UP bar for three days from September 30th to October 2nd. During that period, "NBA Japan Games 2022 Presented by Rakuten & NISSAN," a preseason game between the 2022 NBA Champion Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards, and "NBA Japan Games Saturday Night 2022 Presented by Rakuten & NISSAN," a fan event where you can experience the world and culture of the NBA will be held. "Dom Perignon Vintage 2004 Plenitude 2" will be released sequentially from October 1, 2022 at major department stores in Japan.

The 2004 wines, from the very beginning, were more voluminous than robust. Giving structure to this sense of volume and clarifying its contours became a creative challenge in the assemblage.

Ardbeg Cask No. 3, the oldest and only 1975 cask released by the ultimate Islay malt Ardbeg, has been sold to a private collector in Asia for 16 million pounds (about 2.6 billion Japanese yen). This sale is the highest price ever paid for a whisky cask. Ardbeg Cask No. 3 is the one and only 1975 cask that survived the two closures of the Ardbeg distillery. With few single malts made in the 1970s and the closure of the Ardbeg Distillery in the 1980s and 1990s, it became the oldest and most valuable cask released by Ardbeg. From now on, we will offer a unique Ardbeg collection that will be bottling for owners over 5 years (a constant bottle each year) and will not be reproducible for at least 10 years.

Ruinart, the world's oldest Champagne house, will hold the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge 2022 in Japan for early November 2022, hosted by Cellar Master, Frédéric Panaïotis. The Sommelier Challenge, which has been held in 13 countries, started in 2010 to provide training and support for sommeliers in each country. Those who pass the first screening (written assignments*) will compete in a blind tasting to test their knowledge of wine in general in a written format in Japanese and English at venues in Tokyo and Osaka in November.

The two winners will be invited to the "Ruinart Sommelier Week**" in Paris and Reims, France, together with the winners from each country.

*First screening assignment: Please answer each of the Japanese and English questions in the entry sheet.

Since its founding in 1843, Glenmorangie has used the tallest distiller in Scotland, which stands at 5.14 meters, about the same height as an adult giraffe. In France, Hennessy is working with the Office National des Forêts (ONF) to replant 27,055 oak saplings across an area of 25 hectares (250,000 square meters) in Braconne in the Charente region, which was devastated by a storm in 1999. Worldwide, Hennessy began a partnership in 2020 with Reforest’Action to take action in local ecosystems in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria, as well projects in China and the United States. In Kenya, Hennessy and its local partner Trees for Kenya are supporting the reforestation of part of the protected forest on Mont Kenya by planting 250,000 trees of 30 different species over 400 hectares. In the United States, Hennessy has committed to replanting 100,000 trees across a 93-hectare area to promote the return of biodiversity and create new local wildlife habitats in the state of Oregon, whose forests have been ravaged by fires. And in Madagascar, Hennessy is working with local partners to build a “School of the Forest” to train young farmers and heighten awareness among schoolchildren.
