Chandon Brut was served at the grand opening event of Japanese confectionary “DOU”, produced by BAKE Inc.

Under the concept “Synchronizing Japan and West”, the surprising pairing of Chandon and Japanese confectionery was introduced at the event, highlighting the versatility of Chandon Brut.

The acidity and fruitiness of Chandon Brut accentuates the umami from the red bean and delicate sweetness of the whipped cream in Namadorayaki.
